- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened and unflavored)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon water (if needed to blend smoothly)
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, blueberries, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth.
- Adjust Consistency: If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water to help it blend.
- Fill Molds: Pour the mixture into silicone molds, tapping gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until fully frozen.
- Serve: Once set, pop the treats out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Serve chilled.
Notes
- Use plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt without xylitol, as it is toxic to dogs.
- For dogs with sensitive stomachs, omit the honey.
- Experiment with other dog-safe fruits like strawberries or bananas.
