Steak Bites:

  • 1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Garnish:

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions

  2. Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear the steak until browned, then set aside.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, sauté garlic, return steak to the skillet, toss in garlic butter, and cook briefly.
