Instructions
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Prepare Wet Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until smooth. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Combine Ingredients: Fold in the corn, shredded cheese, green onions, and parsley.
- Fry Fritters: Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the skillet, flattening slightly. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve: Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels. Serve warm with sour cream or dipping sauce.
