- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup croutons, crushed for extra crunch
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roast the Chickpeas: Toss chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on the baking sheet and roast for 25 to 30 minutes until crispy. Let cool slightly.
- Prepare the Wraps: Warm tortillas if desired. Fill each tortilla with romaine lettuce, crispy chickpeas, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Sprinkle crushed croutons on top.
- Roll and Serve: Roll up the wraps tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately.
