Pasta:

12 ounces pasta (fettuccine, penne, or your favorite)

Beef Mixture:

1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 pound ground beef, 4 cloves garlic (minced), 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional), 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 cup beef broth, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup baby spinach (optional), chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. Sauté Beef: Brown ground beef in olive oil, add garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Sauté until fragrant.
