1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 pound ground beef, 4 cloves garlic (minced), 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional), 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 cup beef broth, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup baby spinach (optional), chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
