- Prep the Dish: Lightly grease a 9×13-inch glass baking dish with nonstick spray. Set aside to prevent sticking.
- Melt the Mixture: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the flavored Jello, water, and mini marshmallows. Stir constantly until the marshmallows are completely melted and the mixture becomes smooth. Be careful not to let it boil to preserve the texture and flavor.
- Spread and Chill: Pour the melted mixture into the prepared baking dish, then tilt the dish to evenly coat the bottom with a thin layer. Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for 45–60 minutes or until the mixture has fully set into a firm gel.
- Roll It Up: Once set, gently loosen the edges of the Jello sheet from the dish. Starting from one end, carefully roll the sheet tightly into a jelly roll shape to create the roll-ups.
