Description

These Garlic Bread Steak Bites are a flavor-packed appetizer or main course that combines tender, seasoned steak bites with garlicky buttery bread slices. Topped with melted mozzarella and fresh parsley, this dish is sure to impress your guests or family.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the Garlic Bread:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 baguette or French bread, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the Steak: Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Return the steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  4. Prepare the Garlic Bread: Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and brush with the garlic butter from the pan. Top with shredded mozzarella if desired and broil for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Assemble and Serve: Spoon the steak bites over the toasted garlic bread and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use ribeye or New York strip instead of sirloin for extra tenderness.
  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
  • If you prefer, serve the garlic bread and steak separately.
