- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Garnish:

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, drained crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and lemon juice.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries just before serving, if desired.
