  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  2. Season the Chicken: Pat the chicken dry and season with olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grill the Chicken: Grill the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Make the Sauce: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Remove from heat.
  5. Glaze the Chicken: Brush the garlic brown sugar sauce over the grilled chicken during the last 2 minutes of cooking and again right before serving.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
