Description

This Irresistible Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread recipe is a savory twist on traditional monkey bread, featuring tender chicken, gooey cheese, and flavorful Alfredo sauce baked into fluffy biscuit pieces. Perfect for a party appetizer or a cozy family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a Bundt pan or a deep 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, combine the biscuit dough pieces, shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and 1 cup of the Alfredo sauce.
  3. Make the Seasoned Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour over the biscuit mixture and toss gently to coat.
  4. Bake: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown. Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
  5. Serve: Let it rest, then invert onto a plate if using a Bundt pan. Warm the remaining Alfredo sauce, drizzle over the top, and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Great use for leftover rotisserie chicken.
  • You can swap in cooked bacon or spinach for extra flavor.
  • Serve with a fresh salad or roasted veggies for a complete meal.
