Graham Cracker Crust:

- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped Cream Topping:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- lemon slices or zest curls for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into pan and bake.
- Prepare lemon filling: Beat cream cheese, then add condensed milk, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla. Pour over cooled crust and chill.
- Whip cream and assemble: Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Spread over the chilled lemon layer and garnish with lemon slices or zest curls.
