Pizza Dough:
- 1 pound pizza dough, at room temperature

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Additional:
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Marinara or pizza sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Prepare the dough: On a floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle about 10×14 inches.
- Add the fillings: Spread mozzarella cheese over the dough, then layer pepperoni slices and black olives. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Roll the dough: Roll the dough into a log, pinching to seal. Place on the baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and make slits on top.
