- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 ounce packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup finely diced red bell pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Add Mix-Ins: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, finely chopped cooked bacon, green onions, and optional red bell pepper. Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Spread on Tortillas: Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly spread the ranch cheese mixture over each tortilla, covering fully to the edges.
- Roll and Chill: Carefully roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape. Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up and set.
- Slice and Serve: After chilling, unwrap the rolls and slice each log into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
