Cheesecake Dip:

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped Cream:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4–6 drops green food coloring (optional)
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Extra mini chocolate chips or crushed chocolate cookies for garnish
Instructions
- Cheesecake Dip: In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add powdered sugar, granulated sugar, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Whipped Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in the green food coloring if using, followed by the mini chocolate chips.
- Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with additional chocolate chips or crushed cookies and serve with graham crackers, chocolate wafers, or fresh fruit.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute whipped topping for the heavy cream.
