Description

Indulge in the creamy, minty goodness of this Refreshing Mint Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip that will be the star of any party. With a velvety texture and a burst of chocolate chips in every bite, it’s a delightful dessert dip that pairs perfectly with a variety of dippers.

Ingredients

Scale

Cheesecake Dip:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 46 drops green food coloring (optional)
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Extra mini chocolate chips or crushed chocolate cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cheesecake Dip: In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add powdered sugar, granulated sugar, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Whipped Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Stir in the green food coloring if using, followed by the mini chocolate chips.
  4. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Garnish with additional chocolate chips or crushed cookies and serve with graham crackers, chocolate wafers, or fresh fruit.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute whipped topping for the heavy cream.
  • Adjust the mint extract to taste if you prefer a stronger or milder flavor.
  • Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
