Ingredients
Scale
Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- â…“ cup Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Potatoes
- 4-5 small/medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Garlic powder (to taste)
- Paprika (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat and roast potatoes: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Season chicken: In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Sauté garlic and cook chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Add sauce and simmer: Reduce the heat to low and pour the Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the chicken. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to coat the chicken well.
- Melt cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted and is bubbly.
- Serve: Plate the cheesy garlic parmesan chicken alongside the crispy roasted potatoes and serve immediately while hot.
Notes
- You can substitute mozzarella with Parmesan or a blend of Italian cheeses for a different flavor profile.
- For crispier potatoes, soak the wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before seasoning and roasting.
- If Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce is unavailable, use any creamy garlic parmesan sauce or make your own with mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan cheese, and a splash of hot sauce.
- Make sure to flip the potatoes halfway through roasting to ensure even browning.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) for food safety.
