- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Garnish:
- Chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and onion powder until smooth.
- Cook in Slow Cooker: Place the frozen meatballs in a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir to coat evenly. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, stirring once halfway through.
- Garnish and Serve: Once heated through and coated in sauce, garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired. Serve warm.
