Instructions
- Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
- Place tortilla or cake sheet flat. Spread strawberry jam, then cheesecake mixture, leaving edges. Sprinkle cookie crumbs, add diced strawberries.
- Roll tightly into a log, wrap in plastic, chill for 1 hour. Slice into rounds.
