- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 head butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken: Add the ground chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes until no longer pink.
- Add aromatics: Stir in garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
- Cook vegetables: Add bell pepper and carrots, cook for 3 minutes.
- Season and finish: Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, and sriracha. Cook for 2–3 minutes, then stir in cilantro and green onions.
- Assemble wraps: Spoon chicken mixture into lettuce leaves, top with chopped peanuts.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately.
