Description

Tzatziki Dressing:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and excess liquid squeezed out
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Salad:

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese


Instructions

  1. Tzatziki Dressing: In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Assembly: Add shredded chicken, red onion, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl. Toss until evenly coated. Fold in feta cheese.
  3. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
  4. Serve: Enjoy on lettuce, in pita bread, or as a wrap.
